All Freshwater Collective some items are made to order. Domestic orders typically arrive within 2–10 business days, while some internationally fulfilled items may take 7–30 business days depending on location.
Because each piece is created just for you, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photo proof so we can review for a replacement.
